Responsible for managing and collecting outstanding invoices from customers to ensure healthy cash flow. This role involves monitoring aging reports, following up on past-due accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
This position is responsible for operating load statuses at every stage of the load process to ensure operations are running smoothly and maintain a 98% pickup and delivery status. Main Responsibilities: Validate loads status to all load stages (i.e. pick up, in transit, and delivery). Constant communication with carriers and drivers to validate load status. Request GPS Tracking from Driver / Carrier. Confirm Pickup and Delivery appointment with Driver, Carrier, Consignee and / or shipper. Request documentation regarding BOL and seal. Execute and secure on time pickup and delivery according to operational standards. Confirm unloading notification with driver, carrier, and consignee. Secure and Upload POD. Create reports to customers and maintain constant communication regarding load status. Live update TMS (Transportation management system) with real time information.

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Identify needs and provide competitive freight solutions Negotiate rates and service agreements with customers Collaborate with pricing team to ensure competitive targets and rates. Monitor market trends, capacity conditions, and pricing fluctuations Meet or exceed monthly revenue and margin targets Maintain accurate pipeline activity and customer records in CRM Manage customer expectations and resolve service-related issues
Job Description This position is responsible for negotiating, cover, and book loads for every lane according to Unilink’s standards and expected margins. Main Responsibilities: Constantly negotiate rates and commercial agreements with current or new carriers to increase profitability on every load. Develop and increase capacity through relationships and agreements with existing and newly acquired carries. Create and book loads with designated carrier according to rate target by meeting profits expectations, and according to the quality requirements to secure the company. Quote freight rates according to commodity, lane, and volume with current or new carriers. Maintain the expected margin in every load to increase profitability. Constantly evaluate the current market to make sure the cost of transportation is profitable for the company. Live update TMS (Transportation management system) with real time information. Constantly upload and update load boards according to the operational’ s needs. If requires by the operation, live update trailer pool with real time information.
